The work consists of a triptych that imitates the shape of a puzzle, containing a small drawing of a heart on each of the pieces. It starts from an idea of affective connections and disconnections. The work was created with a variety of techniques and materials (acrylic on canvas, ink on vegetal paper, embroidery on tulle), sewn together, and finished in embroidery hoops. These layers of the process suggest the idea of depth, of the interior, of the place where the heart itself dwells in the body.
